He is a Leader and a Teacher

Below, I would like to express my gratitude to one of my boss; with this typing work, and I know, perhaps he will never read it, but I respect him so.

He is a fortieth man, not an old man, but an energetic man with strong personality, patience in teaching and leading, a real wise, of course I do not mean to compare it with anyone of my boss.

I have known him for almost a year full, he tough me a lot, directly or even indirectly, he gave me a lot of motivation and courage to work here, to stay here, he never yell, he never say things that hurts, even when the faults was on me.

Okay, let’s say:

Although I am Indonesian, I’m not really sure about the taxing system in Indonesia, because for me it is quite complicated and see! when I asked him why and what and how, he did explain it to me, well, he is a boss, he has a lot of work to do, and his time means money. I do not really expect him to explain this much to me, but he did it!

Let’s see another:

This time is terrible I did a quite mass mistake, and thanks God, he realized it and he did not report it to my head, but he told me directly and he is being nice, he told me and he remind me, not scolding or yelling, and because of what he did, I am feeling so sad, that I am not good enough.

He concerns a lot about things and stuffs around him, he teaches slowly but sure, that’s a perfect teacher, he speaks fluently but not rushing. He is calm, and always looking for solution.

He always say “pleased” even though that’s my job, he always say “thank you” when I done something for him, even though that’s why he pay me salary!

He even sent motivation quotes for his subordinates and many other motivations from him, he is bright!
